So does this mean the NJ warehouse is done now, and it will just be the one in Texas? Or will the NJ one still be there and then have another in Texas ?

One thing to keep in mind...if you decide to come to Texas, you will also need a car 😅

Really enjoy reading these. Any schedule on how regular these will be or just as it comes?

An unrelated topic but I was thinking Minted Media is a decent name for the podcast. Although I remember you mentioning you didn’t want it only associated with the brand so sticking with the Marcus Milione podcast is definitely a good shout. It’s a good name considering you have built a brand for yourself as well as Minted. Would love to send over a new cover art/logo idea for the podcast if you’re interested.

Why not an e-commerce fulfillment service like shipmonk? Too expensive?

I think the this is a great idea, but i have some questions. If you move warehouses would the headquarters be moved from New York/New Jersey to Texas? Also with the shift in locations would you and your brother move as well or stay in New York?

Would love to know what you’re looking for in a warehouse manager. In the Dallas area, so could be an interesting opportunity.

I would love to see the move to Texas. There’s been an influx of entrepreneurs and weather is ideal for runners. Austin is growing into what could be the next Silicon Valley (ie. minted fintech) but being from Houston I have to share that it is also growing in the fitness scene. (Alphalete bringing in influencers).

Texas warehouse sounds like the right choice as it has the most pros. The delivery speed for Minted is already really good in my opinion. Im in AZ and I always get the pre workout fast. So picking Kansas for the delivery speed would only result in minimal benefits, compared to Texas where you still increase delivery speed and benefit in other areas.

Do you currently use any sort of warehouse management software, or do you handle it all manually / in analog fashion?
